This show stopping whipped fetta board is the perfect appetizer for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams of LEMNOS FETTA
- 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
- 4 mini cucumbers chopped
- 14 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 Sweet baby capsicum chopped
- Red Spanish Onion (a few thin slices)
- Olives (we used 15 or so)
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- LEMNOS FETTA
- Olive oil to drizzle
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze drizzle (Optional)
- Fresh Oregano
- Pita Crackers for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add your LEMNOS Fetta cheese and yogurt to a mixer and mix on medium
until smooth. If you prefer the cheese spread creamier, add a bit more
yogurt, 1 tablespoon at a time. The whipped cheese should be soft and easy
to spread. Using a spoon spread the cheese mixture on a clean plate or
serving board.
- Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum, onions, and olives on top of
the fetta cheese. Sprinkle with salt, and drizzle a generous amount
Olive oil, then garnish with oregano. Serve with pita crackers.
