This show stopping whipped fetta board is the perfect appetizer for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams of LEMNOS FETTA
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 4 mini cucumbers chopped
  • 14 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 Sweet baby capsicum chopped
  • Red Spanish Onion (a few thin slices)
  • Olives (we used 15 or so)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • LEMNOS FETTA
  • Olive oil to drizzle
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze drizzle (Optional)
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Pita Crackers for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add your LEMNOS Fetta cheese and yogurt to a mixer and mix on medium

until smooth. If you prefer the cheese spread creamier, add a bit more

yogurt, 1 tablespoon at a time. The whipped cheese should be soft and easy

to spread. Using a spoon spread the cheese mixture on a clean plate or

serving board.

  1. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum, onions, and olives on top of

the fetta cheese. Sprinkle with salt, and drizzle a generous amount

Olive oil, then garnish with oregano. Serve with pita crackers.
